Returns Policy
We hope you love your THR3D clothing, but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry, you can send it back.
How it works:
You’ve got 28 days from the day your order arrives to return it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
We don’t do exchanges right now, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order if you’d like something else.
Refunds:
A small £2.50 fee will be taken from your refund to cover return postage fees.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
A few things we can’t take back:
Items returned after 28 days.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Sale or final clearance items.
How to return:
Repack your items securely (keeping tags attached).
Include your order details in the parcel.
Send it back to us using the returns form that came with your parcel.
That’s it, once your return arrives, we’ll handle the rest.
